Image Rotation

Problem:

• add frame with shadow to the image
• rotate the framed image
• "crop" the rotated one

as what Sina weibo did in its ipad version
Solution with working example:

• CSS hacking for shadow
• jQuery Rotate plugin for rotation

However...
The frame(and shadow) failed to rotate in IE8. Another working example made the frame rotated but shadow disappeared.
